You get an evaluation, not a sales pitch. Your clinician takes your history and your goals, tests how you move, explains in plain language what is driving the symptom, and sends you home with a written plan and a realistic idea of how long it should take. For eligible physical therapy and rehabilitation services, yes: Aetna, BCBS, United Healthcare, Tricare, Humana, UMR, and Medicare. Spinal decompression is never covered by insurance, and elective regenerative treatments such as PRP and umbilical cord tissue injections are self-pay.
