Alex Taylor works with patients on regaining strength, mobility and confidence, through therapeutic techniques and a compassionate approach to care. He is certified as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), which gives him a foundation in exercise science and in personalized fitness programming.
Alex is a former U.S. Navy Rescue Swimmer. That role demanded resilience, teamwork and a commitment to excellence, and those are the qualities he carries into every part of his work in physical therapy.
He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Professional Flight Technology from Purdue University, a background that runs on precision, safety and technical expertise. The combination lets him contribute to rehabilitation programs by pairing physical training principles with a strong focus on patient recovery.
During his time off, Alex is usually running, reading at the beach, or playing with his dog, Jax.
